Sergiu Les
Managing Director CTM
Sergiu Les, Managing Director of Roundtrip: “We exist for teams whose travel needs are scaling with their business. Our mission is to help them manage business travel as a structured, transparent, and reliable part of how they operate. We do that by combining technology with real human expertise — giving companies the visibility, structure, and control to travel with confidence. Every quarter, that combination gets stronger. This digest is how we share that progress — openly and practically, with the same transparency and structure we bring to the way business trips are managed.”

What’s new
- A dedicated demo-request journey designed around your organization’s specific priorities.
- A discovery conversation before the demonstration, focused on your workflows and pain points.
- A session covering only the features relevant to your travel management needs.

A new legal entity in Italy: Seamless invoicing and enhanced accounting
In the second quarter of 2026, we expanded Roundtrip’s presence in Italy with the launch of Emerging Travel Italy S.r.l. — a step that brings us closer to our local partners and ensures full compliance with local tax requirements.
What’s new for our Italian partners:
- Electronic invoicing via SDI: fully compliant with Italian fiscal regulations.
- Payments through an Italian bank: faster, safer, and more reliable transactions.
- VAT applied under Italian rules: including special conditions for travel agencies on hotels, transfers, car rentals, and upsells, and standard rules for air and train tickets.
- Clear, transparent accounting: simplified reporting and full regulatory compliance.
- New contracting entity: Emerging Travel Italy S.r.l.
For details, check your personal account or contact your Account Manager.

Customer success stories

Viviana Urciuoli
Travel Manager at Kiton
Kiton: Structured travel for a global luxury brand
Kiton is a global luxury brand with teams and clients traveling frequently across international locations — often on short notice. Before Roundtrip, employees booked independently across scattered channels, leading to limited visibility over expenses, difficulty tracking invoices, and reduced control over workflows.
After onboarding, Kiton centralized all travel management into a single interface, with prepayment options protecting employees’ card limits, a “Favorites” feature for recurring destinations, and centralized invoice storage accessible at any time. The result: 30–40% reduction in booking and administrative time.
“The system is very useful, efficient, and centralized. It has significantly optimized our workflow and saved time.” — Viviana Urciuoli, Travel Manager at Kiton.
Expo Events Consulting: Reducing booking time by 3–5 times with Roundtrip
Expo Event Consulting manages international travel for teams delivering exhibitions and corporate events across the Middle East and Asia. The complexity of coordinating flights, hotels, and logistics across multiple regions simultaneously became unmanageable, leading the company to pause international travel entirely.
After switching to Roundtrip, booking time dropped by 3–5 times, invoices and closing documents became available instantly, and full visibility across all trips reduced operational risk. During one international exhibition, a hotel issue was resolved within hours through direct coordination — keeping the team on schedule.

Chiara Zovadelli
Travel Manager at Ocrim
Ocrim: Saving 10–15% on business travel
Ocrim’s 270 employees travel worldwide for client visits, machinery installations, and trade shows, including long-term projects. Before Roundtrip, travel was managed through OTAs, agencies, and direct hotel websites, making coordination time-consuming and visibility on expenses limited.
With Roundtrip, search and booking became dramatically faster, grouped services (hotels, transfers, car rentals) clarified complex itineraries, and 24/7 support proved its value in real situations, including a last-minute hotel near Rome airport resolved within minutes late at night. Ocrim now saves 10–15% on corporate rates compared to previous booking methods.
“It’s not just a platform but a real work companion, with people ready to help at every stage of the job.” — Chiara Zovadelli, Travel Manager at Ocrim.
