Main responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with signed partners to increase their performance;
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory;
- Product presentations & networking;
- Forecast and track key account metrics and work in analytic tools (e.g. quarterly/monthly sales results, engagement rate, partner portrait portfolio)
- Payments control;
- Provide market & competitive environment analysis;
- Provide comprehensive reporting;
- To achieve soft and hard KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis;
- Assist with the client’s requests;
- Work closely with the other departments such as payment, tech, and support ones.
Our requirements:
- Relevant experience. Ideally, 2-5 years experience of working as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager in B2B industry;
- Personal skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with the fast-changing business environment, team player, proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
- Analytical skills. Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven, and good with numbers;
- International mindset. Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global presence;
- Languages knowledge. Fluent in German and English, other languages as a plus.
