Why we launched the new service

For the past two years, we have been helping corporate clients organize business trips using RateHawk’s functionality. During this time, many convenient tools have appeared in the “Online Account” and the number of connected partners has risen to 850!

This is a big success, but we don’t want to stop. We see how much more we can do to make it possible for you to totally forget about the stress associated with organizing business trips and focus on higher priority tasks or develop your business. This is precisely why we made the decision to launch a separate service Roundtrip.

With Roundtrip, we will have more opportunities to improve the service, and you’ll receive all the advantages for corporate clients in a convenient format.

The service has already been launched, but for the time being, only corporate clients registered on RateHawk have access to it.

Your “Online Account” moved over to Roundtrip along with all tools, documentation, and order history. Use it, evaluate it, and share your impressions with your account manager!

How to register on Roundtrip

If you were already registered on RateHawk as a corporate client, you don’t need to do anything. We automatically moved your “Online Account” over to the new service and you can work with it as you did before. 

If you are registering for the first time, please follow the link. The registration process consists of two simple steps, and, after you fill in the form, you will immediately receive access to all the service’s capabilities.

If you have just registered in Roundtrip, you will receive your account manager’s contact details in a welcome e-mail. He/she will help you get accustomed to the service and quickly go over to booking your required travel services — such support will come in handy even with the most intuitive interface.

You can contact your account manager with general questions about working in the system, and the 24/7 customer support center will be there to answer your questions about orders.

Convenient reporting tools

When you organize business trips, the lion’s share of your energy goes towards preparing reports. We foresaw this: in the “Online Account”, there are features that will help you quickly resolve issues that will inevitably arise at each stage of planning. 

  • Employees’ profiles. You can immediately connect several employees to one “Online Account” and assign different access rights to them. The documentation on all orders will be saved in one place and not with each employee separately. 
  • Travel policies. Add travel policies for your company and use them when making bookings. Grant your employees specific rights for working in the system. This will make it simpler to choose a suitable hotel.
  • Variety of payment methods. You can pay by invoice, corporate or personal bank card, on the spot at the hotel, or by payment link.
  • Cost centers. It’s possible to group business trip expenses together so that it’s easier to keep internal reports and make predictions about future periods.
  • Reporting. You will have real-time access to reporting documents in your “Online Account”. It’s also possible to automatically upload them to a record-keeping system.
