Why a visa voucher is needed

The list of documents required for obtaining a visa often includes a visa voucher (tourist voucher, tourist invitation, visa invitation or visa voucher). This is a document on the letterhead of the organisation, signed and stamped by the organisation. It contains the guest’s passport details, dates of stay and the name and address of the accommodation booked.

How to download a visa voucher

A visa voucher can be downloaded for any paid hotel booking — it will only take a couple of minutes!

• go to the Bookings tab;
• find the required booking and click on Set of documents;
• select Download the voucher for the visa in the pop-up window;

Select Download the voucher for the visa in the pop-up window.

• fill in the guest’s passport details and click on Download visa voucher. If the booking is for two or more people then click on Add guest’s details for this room. If the booking is for more than one room then you can fill in the details of all guests in a single window.

And it’s ready! You can print out the downloaded pdf document, or send it by email or messenger.
